This Privacy Policy explains how Sote Games Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Sote Games", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website or play our games (together, the "Services").

1. Who we are

Sote Games Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi is a company registered in Istanbul, Türkiye (Istanbul Trade Registry No: 1159606, MERSİS: 0775100708900001). Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) we act as the data controller for the processing described here.

2. This website

This website is informational. It does not require an account, does not ask for personal data, and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you email us, we receive the address you write from and whatever you choose to tell us, and we use it only to answer you.

3. Our games

When you play one of our games, we may process:

• Device and technical data — device model, operating system version, language, country, app version and crash reports.
• Gameplay data — in-game events such as progress, levels played and session length.
• Identifiers — an app-specific identifier and, where a game uses one and you have given permission, your device's advertising identifier.
• Purchase records — confirmation of in-app purchases. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.
• Support correspondence — anything you send us when you contact support.

4. Why we process it

• To run our games and keep them working, including fixing crashes and abuse.
• To understand how our games are used and to improve them.
• To measure how well our marketing works and, where you have allowed it, to show you relevant advertising.
• To answer support requests and to meet our legal obligations.

Where the law requires your consent — in particular for personalised advertising — we ask for it first and you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data on our behalf, including providers of hosting, analytics, attribution, crash reporting and advertising services. They may use the data only to provide their service to us. A current list of these providers is available on request from info@sotegames.com. We also share data where we are legally required to, and we may disclose it in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale.

We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

We are based in Türkiye and some of our providers process data abroad. Where data leaves Türkiye we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, including the transfer mechanisms set out in Article 9 of the KVKK and, where relevant, standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Children

Our games are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without the appropriate consent, we delete it. A parent or guardian who believes this has happened can contact us at info@sotegames.com.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

These Terms govern your use of this website and of the games and other services provided by Sote Games Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Sote Games", "we", "us"), a company registered in Istanbul, Türkiye (Istanbul Trade Registry No: 1159606). By using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who may use the Services

You must be old enough under the law of the country where you live to agree to these Terms and to the processing of your personal data, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. Licence to use our games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our games for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control. This licence ends if you stop using the game or if we terminate it under these Terms.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from our games, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Cheat, use unauthorised third-party software, exploit bugs, or interfere with the normal operation of a game or with other players.
• Sell, trade or transfer accounts, virtual items or virtual currency outside the game.
• Use the Services for anything unlawful, or upload content that is illegal, abusive, hateful or infringing.

4. Purchases and virtual items

Our games may offer in-app purchases. These are processed by the platform you downloaded the game from — the Apple App Store or Google Play — under that platform's own terms, and payment and refund requests are handled by them.

Virtual currency and virtual items are a limited licence to use them inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may expire or become unavailable if the game is discontinued or your access is terminated.

5. Our content and your content

All rights in our games, including software, artwork, audio, characters, names and logos, belong to Sote Games or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or other material, you allow us to use it without obligation or payment to you.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, including individual games, features or servers. We will give reasonable notice where we can, but we cannot guarantee that a game will remain available indefinitely.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms other players or our Services. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the statutory rights of consumers. Subject to that, our liability in connection with the Services is limited to the total amount you paid us for the relevant game in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-party services

Our Services may link to or rely on services operated by others, including app stores, advertising networks and analytics providers. We are not responsible for those services and their own terms apply to them.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and material changes will be announced in our games or on this website. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction. If you use the Services as a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
